释义	子女对父母的赡养义务应是无条件的，即使子女无能力履行，也不能排除义务本身的存在;而父母要求子女给付赡养费则必须具备一定的条件：(1)子女须是成年并能独立生活的;(2)子女须具有负担能力;(3)父母须是无劳动能力或生活困难的。所以并不是所有的父母在任何条件下都可以向子女提出给付赡养费的请求，也不是所有子女都负有给付赡养费的义务。《中华人民共和国婚姻法》规定：“父母对子女有抚养教育的义务；子女对父母有赡养扶助的义务”。
