法律分析：提前30天向单位发出了单方面解除劳动合同的通知书，即使单位领导不签字批准，也可以在30天以后离开原单位，其中，试用期提前3天书面提出;用人单位有义务结清工资办理离职手续。单位不依法履行相关手续的话，可以提起劳动争议仲裁，也可以申请劳动保障监察，要求单位履行法定义务。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
