婚后购买的保险是否算是夫妻共同财产 |

离婚时保险不属于夫妻共同财产。夫妻共同财产包含以下内容工资、奖金、劳务报酬；生产、经营、投资的收益；知识产权的收益；继承或者受赠的财产，其他应当归共同所有的财产。因此保险不属于夫妻共同财产。
夫妻共同财产是指在婚姻关系存续期间所得的由《中华人民共和国民法典》规定的财产为夫妻的共同财产，归夫妻共同所有，夫妻对共同财产，有平等的处理权。
具体的说，我国法律对夫妻共同财产认定方式如下：
1、夫妻将该财产约定为夫妻共同财产，并订立的书面约定。
2、该财产在婚姻关系存续期间获得的财产，具体包括：
（1）工资、奖金。
（2）生产、经营的收益。
（3）知识产权的收益等。
除了上述的，我国相关的政策、意见，夫妻共同财产还包括：
（1）婚前财产与婚后财产无法查清的，或者属婚前个人财产，但已结婚多年，由双方长期共同使用、经营、管理的，均可视为夫妻共同财产；
（2）在婚姻关系存续期间，复员、转业军人所得的复员费、转业费，离婚时，如夫妻共同生活的时间较长，可按夫妻共同财产进行分割；
（3）夫妻关系存续期间从事多种经营和承包责任田的当年收益以及当年无收益的养殖、种殖专业投入的资金；
（4）结婚登记后，一方或双方父母赠给的金银、珠宝以及其他财产。
