释义	法律分析：如果属于遗债的，可由子女在遗产继承范围内进行清偿。一般情况下，父亲与子女作为两个独立的个体，各自独立的对自己的行为承担相应的责任，子女无需代替父母偿还债务。但如果父母去世的，子女可以在继承遗产的范围内，按比例清偿父母的债务。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
