释义	法律分析: 认定逃逸要注意主观态度和客观行为。如果主观上不是为了逃避法律责任或救助义务，驾驶肇事车辆或者遗弃肇事车辆，逃离道事故现场的，或者客观上没有逃离现场的行为的，那么就不会被认定肇事逃逸。法律依据:《道路交通事故处理程序规定》第一百一十二条本规定中下列用语的含义是: （一）“交通肇事逃逸”，是指发生道路交通事故后，当事人为逃避法律责任，驾驶或者遗弃车辆逃离道路交通事故现场以及潜逃藏匿的行为。
