释义	法律分析：合同涂改部分没有法律效力。具体规定如下： 1、合同签订后，单方面变更合同，变更原合同约定的，变更部分无效，维护原合同约定的内容； 2、合同签订后，任何一方想修改合同的，必须通知对方，经双方协商同意后，重新签订合同或修改或补充原合同的相应条款，并在修改后加盖双方公章； 3、如果只有口头承诺但没有修改合同，或者没有在任何修改变更的地方盖章，则修改视为无效，合同保持原始内容继续生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
