问题	合同中涂改的部分是否具有效力
释义	在合同签订之后，如果合同中的单方对合同进行涂改，则改变的部分不具有法律效力。合同签订之后，合同中的任何一方想进行修改，都必须通知对方，双方协商一致并且同意后，应重新签订合同或者在原条款上作修改，并且要在修改的地方加盖合同双方的公章。若只有口头部分，但没有对合同做实际修改，或者是没有在修改的地方盖上双方公章，则该修改将被视为无效。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
