释义	采购人员从单位辞职后，如果是在一年之内发现其存在损害用人单位利益的行为，用人单位是可以继续追究责任的。如果涉及的吃回扣等经济上的纠纷，用人单位还可以在诉讼时效内进行起诉。《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
