释义	法律分析：对违法票据付款罪的惩罚有五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，或者五年以上有期徒刑。单位犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照个人犯本罪的规定处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百八十九条第一款银行或者其他金融机构的工作人员在票据业务中，对违反票据法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证，造成重大损失的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成特别重大损失的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
