释义	律师分析: 当月工资月底发是不违法的，上个月工资这个月底发是有问题的，这相当于积压了两个月的工资。但是如果遇到特殊情况，比如用人单位因生产经营困难暂时无法按时支付工资的，按照规定，应当向劳动者说明情况，并经与工会或者职工代表协商一致后，可以延期支付工资，但最长不得超过30天。【法律依据】: 《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
