释义	法律分析: 建筑施工噪声，是指在建筑施工过程中产生的干扰周围生活环境的声音，根据相关规定：（一）建筑工地的白天施工噪音不得超过70分贝，夜间不得超过55分贝；（二）夜间噪声最大声级超过限值的幅度不得高于15分贝；（三）当场界距噪声敏感建筑物较近，其室外不满足测量条件时，可在噪声敏感建筑物室内测量，并将数据进行调整。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》第二十八条在城市市区范围内向周围生活环境排放建筑施工噪声的，应当符合国家规定的建筑施工场界环境噪声排放标准。
