释义	本罪是指违反海关法规，逃避海关监管，非法运输、携带、邮寄国家禁止出口的贵重金属，破坏国家对外贸易管理的行为。本罪所侵害的客体是国家对外贸易管制中的对贵重金属禁止出口的制度。其对象是黄金、白银或者国家禁止出口的其他贵重金属。其他贵重金属，在这里是指除黄金、白银之外的诸如铂、铱、锇、钌、铑、钛、钯等为国家禁止出口的贵重金属。法律依据《刑法》第151条第2款的规定，走私国家禁止出口的文物、黄金、白银和其他贵重金属或者国家禁止进出口的珍贵动物及其制品的，应予立案追诉。
