释义	1、持卡人信用卡逾期，就算办理停息挂账。个人信用调查还是有记录。不要认为停息挂账后不会有信用调查记录。 2、如果持卡人在办理了停息挂账手续后，在未还清欠款的情况下无法申请任何信用卡和部分信用贷款，银行将拒绝持卡人申请贷款。 3、办理停息挂账和分期还款业务后，银行将在持卡人自己的合同中增加一些其他违约条款。如果再次逾期，以前的还款将被视为违约金。如果还不够，将需要更多的违约赔偿金来填补这一漏洞，同时还将偿还利息和本金。
