释义	法律分析：在房地产领域网签就是交易双方签订合同后，到房地产相关部门进行备案，并公布在网上。如果还没有上报，在第一次网签后的24小时内，经双方协定后，你可以在合同备案软件上申请撤销签约，重新进行签约，这个时候是可以更改的。法律依据：《商品房销售管理办法》第三十条，房地产开发企业应当按照合同约定，将符合交付使用条件的商品房按期交付给买受人。未能按期交付的，房地产开发企业应当承担违约责任。因不可抗力或者当事人在合同中约定的其他原因，需延期交付的，房地产开发企业应当及时告知买受人。
