释义	法律分析：在下列情况下要约会失效： 1、拒绝要约的通知到达要约人。 2、要约人依法撤销要约。 3、承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺。 4、受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。所谓要约就是一方当事人以缔结合同为目的，向对方当事人提出合同条件，希望对方当事人接受的意思。法律依据：《民法典》第四百七十八条，有下列情形之一的，要约失效：（一）要约被拒绝；（二）要约被依法撤销；（三）承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺；（四）受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。
