公安机关冻结银行卡的过程是什么
释义
银行卡冻结是指用户银行卡因为一些原因，被银行系统暂时管制，无法进行交易。公安局不可以直接冻结个人银行账户，如应办案或司法需要，公安局需报请法院冻结涉案相关银行账户，法院发函给银行，银行回复并签字，按规定冻结该账户。
法律依据:
《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》 第二百三十三条 需要冻结犯罪嫌疑人在金融机构等单位的存款、汇款、债券、股票、基金份额等财产的，应当经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，制作协助冻结财产通知书，通知金融机构等单位执行。
