民法典借款展期后保证人是否承担担保责任
释义
借款展期后保证人仍承担原来的担保责任。因为未经保证人书面同意的，保证期间不受影响。
法律依据：《》第六百九十五条 和未经保证人书面同意，协商变更主债权债务合同内容，减轻债务的，保证人仍对变更后的债务承担保证责任;加重债务的，保证人对加重的部分不承担保证责任。债权人和债务人变更主债权债务合同的履行期限，未经保证人书面同意的，保证期间不受影响。
