释义	法律分析: 公安局刑讯逼供得到的证据是不能使用的。对于侦查机关以刑讯逼供等非法方法收集的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人供述和以暴力、威胁等非法方法收集的证人证言、被害人陈述，都应当予以排除。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》》第五十七条人民检察院接到报案、控告、举报或者发现侦查人员以非法方法收集证据的，应当进行调查核实。对于确有以非法方法收集证据情形的，应当提出纠正意见；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
