释义	一般情况下，银行贷款还不上是不会坐牢的。当贷款到期后，银行会催缴通知借钱方还款。若仍未还款，银行方面会派专人来进行协商解决。如果遇到特殊困难的情况、双方只要协商好如何还款、或者还一点点就不算是恶意拖欠了。但是，在贷款期间有欺骗行为的话，那要不要坐牢就不一定了。法律依据《民法典》第六百七十六条
