释义	法律分析：员工办理离职手续后，用人单位应当在劳动者离职当天一次性付清其工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行条例》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。也就是说按照法律规定需要在办理离职手续的同时，不过一般来说用人单位是有一个固定的发工资时间，如果还没到就按公司规定到下个月才可以领取。你也可以跟用人单位协商，单位同意就可以发放。
