1.向银行表达还款意愿。信用卡逾期还不上时，千万不能不管不顾。首先要与银行取得联系，表明自己目前的经济状况，主动表示还款意愿，希望银行协调定制合理的还款计划。
2.保证通话畅通。银行工作人员在逾期后会不断联系你，但千万不要刻意躲避这些电话。
3.及时向亲友借钱。如果与银行商议好了，到期仍有还款压力，一定要及时向亲友借钱还款，否则会被银行起诉的。
二、信用卡逾期冻结怎么解除
1、及时还清欠款，在发现自己的信用卡因为逾期被冻结后，一定要及时的处理，首先是赶紧还清卡里所有的欠款，然后致电发卡行要求解冻信用卡，如果逾期情况不严重，只要信用卡中心确认了无欠款后，会办理解冻手续。
2、如果信用卡逾期被冻结如果时间较长，就算是还清了欠款也无法再使用。
