释义	被假释的罪犯，除有特殊情形，一般不得减刑，其假释考验期也不能缩短。罪犯减刑后又假释的间隔时间，- -般为- -年;对一次减二年或者三年有期徒刑后，又适用假释的，其间隔时间不得少于二年。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十五条对假释的犯罪分子，在假释考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第八十六条规定的情形，假释考验期满，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，并公开予以宣告。
