释义	法律分析：不能使用未经高温处理的餐馆、食堂的泔水饲喂家畜，也就是不能用泔水养猪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国畜牧法》第四十三条从事畜禽养殖，不得有下列行为：（一）违反法律、行政法规的规定和国家技术规范的强制性要求使用饲料、饲料添加剂、兽药；（二）使用未经高温处理的餐馆、食堂的泔水饲喂家畜；（三）在垃圾场或者使用垃圾场中的物质饲养畜禽；（四）法律、行政法规和国务院畜牧兽医行政主管部门规定的危害人和畜禽健康的其他行为。
