释义	法律分析：申请劳动仲裁的有效期为一年时间。劳动争议当事人之间发生劳动争议申请仲裁的，应当自劳动争议发生之日（即知道或应当知道其权利受侵害之日）起60日内以书面形式向仲裁委员会申请仲裁，并提交有关证据。仲裁庭处理劳动争议，应在仲裁庭组成之日起60日内结束。案情复杂的，可延长30日。在审理过程中，遇有国家规定情形的，可中止仲裁程序。法律依据：《劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二十七条，劳动争议申请仲裁的时效期间为一年。仲裁时效期间从当事人知道或者应当知道其权利被侵害之日起计算。
