法定代表人变更的劳动合同还生效吗

法律分析:
法定代表人变更后，依法签订的劳动合同仍然有效，劳动合同自双方当事人均在合同上签字或盖章时生效。而变更法定担保人不影响劳动合同的效力，双方可以继续按合同的约定来履行。
法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》》第三十三条
用人单位变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者投资人等事项，不影响劳动合同的履行。
