释义	法律分析: 婚前财产约定一般不需要公证。但当事人另有约定的除外。我国法律没有规定婚前财产协议必须做公证，只要当事人基于自愿原则，依法订立婚前财产协议，且协议的内容并未违反法律规定，该书面协议无论是否做了公证，均具有法律效力。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国公证法》》第三十六条经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。
