退伙人还要承担合伙人债务吗 ?

法律分析:
退伙人需承担退伙前的原因发生的合伙债务，且承担无限连带责任。也就是说债权人可以跟任意一个合伙人主张权利，包括这个退伙的。如果其中一合伙人清偿了债务，则有权向其他合伙人追偿。

《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》 第五十三条 退伙人对基于其退伙前的原因发生的合伙企业债务，承担无限连带责任。
