释义	法律分析：解除劳动合同日期不是办理当日算。劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同的，合同解除的日期以解除劳动合同通知书到达对方的时间为准。办理离职手续的日期不一定是解除劳动合同的日期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
