释义	法律分析：交通肇事逃逸如果不涉及交通肇事罪的情况下，双方愿意私了达成赔偿协议，可以在交警处就赔偿问题达成协议，从而撤案。如果构成了交通肇事罪的话，是不可以撤案的，不过就赔偿问题是可以协商私了的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九十二条发生交通事故后当事人逃逸的，逃逸的当事人承担全部责任。但是，有证据证明对方当事人也有过错的，可以减轻责任。当事人故意破坏、伪造现场、毁灭证据的，承担全部责任。
