释义	法律分析：能不能与父母断绝关系，要依据双方关系基于什么而形成的，如果是血缘关系是不能断绝的，如果是收养关系则可以断绝。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。经济上供养有扶养能力的成年子女在父母无经济收入、或者经济收入不足以维持当地最低生活需要时，要为老年人提供必需的赡养费用。
