释义	法律分析：任意撤销权：是指未经过公证的赠与或者非履行道德义务的赠与，赠与人在标的物未转移前无需任何理由均可撤销赠与的权利。其目的使赠与人不致因一时情况，考虑欠周，遭受到财产上的损失及损害到第三人的利益等情况。根据2021年实施的《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十六条规定，赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠予。具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益性、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同不适用前款规定。
