释义	法律分析：无效宣告程序审查中，有归属纠纷的，委员会自收到专利权归属纠纷的当事人递交的书面的中止无效程序请求以及诉讼或调处受理通知书副本之日起，或者自收到有关人民法院对专利权采取保全措施的裁定和要求专利复审委员会协助执行专利权保全的公函之日起，应当中止对该无效宣告请求的审查。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法实施细则》第七十二条专利复审委员会对无效宣告的请求作出决定前，无效宣告请求人可以撤回其请求。
