释义	法律分析：员工主动提出离职后又反悔的，员工本人可以在用人单位做出同意决定前变更或撤回。如果用人单位已经做出同意决定的，则不能再反悔，有证据证明是受欺诈、胁迫等而辞职的除外。辞职申请经用人单位作出同意决定的，既发生法律效力，员工此时不能反悔，辞职申请无法收回。当然，也有例外情形，即和用人单位协商后，用人单位同意员工可以继续留下的除外。
