问题	批准逮捕的时间限制
释义	公安机关对被刑事拘留的现行犯或者重大嫌疑分子，经过审查后，认为符合逮捕条件，需要逮捕的，应当在拘留后的3日以内，写出提请批准逮捕书，连同案卷材料、证据，一并移送同级人民检察院审查。但在一些特殊情况下，在3日以内不宜对是否需要提请逮捕作出决定时，经县级以上公安机关负责人批准。提请审查批准逮捕的时间可以延长1日至4日。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百五十六条
