释义	非直系亲属去世的，国营企业职工不能请丧假；非国营企业职工丧假由本单位规章制度规定，法律没有明确规定。劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准依法支付劳动者工资。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的通知》第一条职工本人结婚或职工的直系亲属（父母、配偶和子女）死亡时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚丧假。第三条在批准的婚丧假和路程假期间，职工的工资照发。途中的车船费等，由职工自理。
