释义	构成非法收购林木罪的条件如下： 1、主体是具刑事责任能力的自然人或单位； 2、主观上表现为直接故意； 3、客体是国家对森林资源的管理活动； 4、客观上表现为在林区非法收购林木，情节严重的行为。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百四十五条第二款，非法收购、运输明知是盗伐、滥伐的林木，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。盗伐、滥伐国家级自然保护区内的森林或者其他林木的，从重处罚。
