问题	非法组织卖血罪该怎样判？
释义	《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百三十三条规定，非法组织他人出卖血液的，处五年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；以暴力、威胁方法强迫他人出卖血液的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。有前款行为，对他人造成伤害的，依照本法第二百三十四条的规定定罪处罚。《献血法》第十八条规定，有下列行为之一的，由县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门予以取缔，没收违法所得，可以并处十万元以下的罚款构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任：(一)非法采集血液的；(二)血站、医疗机构出售无偿献血的血液的；(三)非法组织他人出卖血液的。
