释义	法律分析：办理婚姻必须是完全自愿的，任何一方不得强迫另一方或者由第三方干涉。父母干涉子女的婚姻是违法行为。如果使用暴力手段，甚至可能构成暴力干涉婚姻自由罪。以暴力手段干涉他人婚姻自由的，应判处有期徒刑二年以下或者管制拘役。如果情节严重的，致被害人死亡，应判处有期徒刑二年以上七年以下。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
