释义	欠信用卡不还可能会坐牢。信用卡逾期超过三个月或银行催款两次以上还不还款的，银行会冻结持卡人的卡片并将持卡人列为禁入类客户，同时还会起诉你信用卡诈骗及恶意透支，法院强制执行。起诉后拒不还款且欠款金额超过1万的，法院会依据刑法信用卡诈骗罪来量刑。进行信用卡诈骗活动，数额较大的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金；数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金。
