释义	【法律意见】如果不是以夫妻名义同居，或者重新领取结婚证，那么就不算重婚。【法律依据】第二百五十八条【重婚罪】有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。《婚姻登记管理条例》(1994年1月12日国务院批准，1994年2月1日民政部发布)发布施行后，有配偶的人与他人以夫妻名义同居生活的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之以夫妻名义同居生活的，仍应按重婚罪定罪处罚。
