释义	法律分析: 分公司可以签订合同。分公司虽然不具备独立的法人资格，但是依照法律的规定进行登记，取得了营业执照，具备经营资格，可以以自己的名义签订经济合同，但一般要在公司的授权范围内进行。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第十四条公司可以设立分公司。设立分公司，应当向公司登记机关申请登记，领取营业执照。分公司不具有法人资格，其民事责任由公司承担。公司可以设立子公司，子公司具有法人资格，依法独立承担民事责任。
