释义	法律分析：限制一方的权益条款，如果不违反法律强制性规定的，有效。不能合理分配双方当事人之间的权益与风险，限制或剥夺另一方当事人权益或故意加大另一方当事人风险的免责条款，当属于无效。法律依据《民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。《民法典》第五百零七条合同不生效、无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。
