释义	法律分析：请半天事假扣去这半天的工资即可。在正常情况下的本人月实得工资的70%，除以每月制度工作天数。其工资部分的扣除，按其请事假的天数乘以其日工资计算。其奖金部分的扣除，按所在单位奖金计发办法的规定执行。职工的病假工资低于所在企业月平均工资40%的，应补足到本企业月平均工资的40%。职工的病假工资高于本市上年度月平均工资的，可按本市上年度月平均工资计发。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
