释义	当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。在违约方履行义务或者采取补救措施后，对方还有其他损失的，应当赔偿损失。如果转让协议已经生效，那么对方反悔就属于违约，你可以起诉，要求其继续履行合同、承担违约责任，也可以解除协议，要求对方赔偿。法律依据《民法典》第五百七十七条
