释义	法律分析：房子转租，全身而退的办法是，获得出租人的同意后再转租给第三人。并且如果租赁期限在六个月以上的，要采用书面形式来订立合同，依法约定由第三人按约定或根据房屋的性质来使用房屋。法律依据：《中华人民共和民法典》第七百零七条租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。第七百一十一条承租人未按照约定的方法或者未根据租赁物的性质使用租赁物，致使租赁物受到损失的，出租人可以解除合同并请求赔偿损失。
