释义	【法律意见】一方起诉离婚，如果联系不上对方的，可由法院进行公告送达。公告期满后，可由法院对被告进行缺席审理和判决，再通行公告的方式送达判决书。【法律依据】《民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。第一百四十四条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
