释义	你好，如果父母已经死亡，或者没有能力抚养自己的子女，在这种情况下，法律规定下列亲属也有抚养该子女的义务：(一)有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对未成年孙子女、外孙子女有抚养义务(二)有负担能力的亲兄、姐，对弟、妹有扶养义务。同样道理，该子女将来对抚养过自己的祖父母、外祖父母也有赡养的义务由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹对兄、姐也有扶养义务。
