释义	法律分析：如果学生因病或其他原因，无法坚持正常学习的，可由学生本人或其父母、其他监护人持县级（含县级）以上医疗机构证明、病历、相关医疗费用单据或其他有效证明，经学校审核同意，报主管教育行政部门确认后办理休学手续。法律依据：《普通高等学校学生管理规定》第十八条休学期限为一年。学生休学期间保留学籍。休学期满仍不能复学者，应当持县级以上医疗机构的证明或其他有效证明，续办休学手续。
