释义	法律分析: 法人的实际情况与登记的事项不一致的，不得对抗善意相对人。即相对人基于登记外观的信任所作出的交易决定，即便该权利外观与实际权利不一致的，亦应推定该权利外观真实有效，以保证相对人的信赖利益，维持交易安全。故上述规定中的“第三人”以及“善意相对人”均应是指基于对登记外观信任而作出交易决定的第三人。可以外化为隐名股东。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十五条法人的实际情况与登记的事项不一致的，不得对抗善意相对人。
