释义	法律分析: 试用期之所以称为试用，其含义就在于用人单位和劳动者均可在此期间内考察对方是否符合自己的要求，双方都具有较为自由的解除合同的方式。尤其是劳动者，在试用期内辞职，可以随时通知单位，并且一般不需要承担因此造成的违约责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十二条有下列情形之一的，劳动者可以随时通知用人单位解除劳动合同：（一）在试用期内的；（二）用人单位以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；（三）用人单位未按照劳动合同约定支付劳动报酬或者提供劳动条件的。
